The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by NIVO Performance and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of NIVO Performance ApS . We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

NIVO Performance ApS owns the webshop’s trademark, photos, texts, and design. You are free to use photos, if you credit us with linking to the website. The trademark is protected by International and Danish Copyright and other Intellectual Property laws.
NIVO Performance disclaim all liability on personal and/or animal damage the products might directly or indirectly be part of.
NIVO Performance ApS disclaim all liability if data does not live up to expectancy of the costumer.
NIVO Performance algorithms autodetect gaits in horses. If algorithms do not autodetect the gait of costumers horse, NIVO Performance ApS can not be held responsible, but please email us, so we can figure it out. Horses are very different and there for there might be some different gait pattern which we haven’t come upon yet.
NIVO Performance ApS can not be held responsible if a horse does not recover after rehabilitation when using NIVO Performance.
NIVO Performance ApS can not be held responsible for any error in symmetry index calculations and presentations of symmetry index data on nivo.nu which may lead to inaccurate notifications. We strive to present the costumer with the best data, but as costumers themselves will attach the sensor on the horse, error can occur in this way.
How to place an order
To purchase goods from nivo.nu you will go through following steps.
- Find the goods you are interested in buying and put them in the shopping basket. At any time you can watch and edit your shopping cart before checkout. Just follow the icon “shopping basket” at the top.
- Submit your personal information. If you already have a user login, you can just put in the e-mail address and the password chosen the last time you used the account.
- Add a note in the order if necessary.
- Check if all of the information’s are correct. Here you can edit the order and your deliver- and invoice address.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions and accept the order. You hereby accept the subject of possible typo regarding pricing.
- Make the payment by inserting your credit card information in the payment window.
At NIVO Performance you can pay with Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. A card fee of 0,20 EUR is supplied when paying with Dankort and a card fee of 1,25% on every other card.
If you pay with Mastercard, the amount will be reserved on your account before NIVO Performance ApS will cash the amount. If you would like to cancel your order, you may risk that your money may be released no earlier than 30 days after the order has been submitted. This is not something NIVO Performance ApS can control – It is the bank who reserves the amount.
You must be 18 years old to submit an order on NIVO Performance. If you are a minor you need a written consent from your parents.
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) or Danish Kroner (DKK). Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside Denmark, it is your responsibility to pay import duties that may be added.
We retain the right to refuse an order for whatever reason we may have.
You can at all times get your order confirmation or invoice resend by sending an email to email@example.com.
In order to utilize certain features of NIVO Performance ApS’ devices, you must accept that NIVO Performance ApS shares your data with Zibrasport ApS. Zibrasport ApS is part of the same Group as NIVO Performance ApS.
When you create an account, you must accept the following:
NIVO registers and processes data the following data:
- Your name, age, type of account,
- Any other data, which you feed to and/or register in the app (e.g. behavior on website, opinions shared in the community, data registered by you about you and your horse(s) etc.).
The data will be used for:
- Selling subscriptions.
- Sharing of anonymised data with Hestens Værn and the University of Copenhagen for research purposes (the list of parties receiving the data may change and we will keep you informed of such changes in order to ensure that you know and accept the location of your data at any time).
- Share data with advertisers who sell products which we believe is relevant for you and/or other users (e.g. riding gear, equipment etc.)
NIVO Performance ApS is not liable for any customs, importation taxes, duties or requirements that may apply in your Country or State.
The goods are delivered by courier to your address within a few working days (this depends on your location) after the order and payment have been received. We endeavour to ship within 3 working days of order receipt. You will receive a tracking number notification to your e-mail address. With the waybill number you can track your delivery. Please note: Deliveries take place between 10 am – 15 pm on weekdays.
On rare occasions NIVO Performance may not be able to deliver the ordered type of products, or the needed amount of products. NIVO Performance reserves the rights to cancel the delivery, or to postpone it. NIVO Performance evaluates the time period required for fulfilling the delivery of the order and informs the customer. The customer can then choose, whether to wait for the delivery, or to cancel the order and receive the paid money back immediately.
If you regret the purchase (Cancellation policy)
By Danish law, you have 14 days return possibility after the day you received your goods.
You must within 14 days from receipt of goods, inform us, that you wish to regret your purchase.
Contact us by email for use of the cancellation policy: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In your email, please make it clear that you wish to make use of your cancellation policy. You should as well use our standard cancellation policy document, which you can find here.
You cannot regret your purchase just by refusing to accept the delivery without clearly giving us written information on this matter.
Return the goods to us within 14 days from delivery date, if you are not satisfied with them. We will refund the sales price, when you have returned the goods in salable condition. Please note that you as a customer must cover all return, shipping, and exchange costs.
The following types of goods is exclude by the cancellation policy:
The delivery of goods as manufactured by the consumer’s specifications or has clearly had a personal touch.
You are obliged to enclose a copy of your order confirmation and the standard cancellation policy document along with the goods.
If something is wrong with the purchased goods
Any hidden defects or hidden non-conformities should be notified to us, e-mail address email@example.com within thirty (30) days of discovery but no later than twenty-four (24) months of the delivery of the nonconforming or defective item.
Retain all contents, original packaging materials and shipping boxes. This is a prerequisite for filing the claim(s). (FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN THE DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM AND THE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PURCHASE).
The sole remedy for defected, missing, damaged or in other ways non-conforming products is a replacement or refund of the sales price, whichever the Company deems appropriate. The Company has the right to decline returning any product that clearly has been abused or damaged.
If the warranty is entitled, we will refund your(reasonable) transport costs.

When you return the goods to the above mentioned address, please write an email that informs us what the issue with the item was, as detailed as possible – firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, attach a copy of your order confirmation and a copy of the cancellation policy document.
Remember that the goods has to be packed in a responsible packing, and get the receipt on the transport costs.
